Kyriaki Hadjithoma (Mrs.) is the founder of the Practice. Kyriaki is a qualified lawyer registered with the Cyprus Bar Association since 2007 and a qualified registered Mediator for Civil & Commercial Disputes. She studied law in the School of Law, Political and Fiscals Studies, Law Department, of Aristotle University, Thessaloniki, Greece, where she graduated from with Merit. She then returned to Cyprus where she completed her traineeship and passed the Legal Council Exams with Merit. She was then registered as a lawyer with the the Kyrenia Bar Association and Cyprus Bar Association. Kyriaki was also awarded an LLM in International Business and Commercial Law from the University of Manchester, School of Law. She is fluent In Greek, English and elementary level Spanish. She is also holder of a diploma in Turkish language.
Over the years Kyriaki has gained valuable experience working with high-profile as well as with boutique law firms. Her expertise extends in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law, Contract Law, Administrative Law, Family Law, Wills & Succession Law, Immovable Property Law, Trusts Law, and Immigration Law.
During her career, Kyriaki has handled various important transactions involving corporate take-overs and real estate purchases of high commercial value, has led teams of junior and administrative staff in the preparation of essential paperwork, oversaw and coordinated in-house staff and third parties to assist her clients overcome unforeseen obstacles in the way of succeeding their goals, and negotiated in the best possible way to safeguard her clients’ interests. She has also assisted clients tackle bureaucracy and obtain licenses and/or permits and receive attention to their requests swiftly and with as less inconvenience as possible.
Kyriaki has on many occasions successfully defended the interests of her clients before courts of various instances and jurisdictions and has effectively liaised with governmental, diplomatic, and other authorities in order to promptly process the applications and/or requests of her clients. Many of the clients Kyriaki has represented over the years have expressed their gratitude for her loyalty and professionalism in conducting their affairs, which offers her great moral and professional reward and the motivation to continue serving the Law with the same consistency and values.
